So I've been telling myself to frequent this location because of the close proximity and they are generally nicer than the 91st cicero location. This location also had a record of not screwing up my order for a long time. Unfortunately over the years this location has gone downhill. It's fast food. I get it. You're in a hurry. Some people can be irate, and you might take it out on someone else. Idk if people are just unhappy or what. Once in the drive thru, I've had an employee accuse me of lying about giving me condiments when nothing was in the bag. It was bad enough we had to call a supervisor. Ok, if you believe you gave me something, say so calmly....no need to call me a liar and give an attitude when nothing was in the bag. Some of the people who work here need a heads up with customer service. I like this location, but some people need to work with professionalism

So i went there at 3 am amd 6 am im puking and using bathroom non stop found out food poisoning i will never go here again be careful and i will tell manager and my lawyer selling bad food they can pay ambulance bill

I thought it was only me but now I know it's not. I made a yelp just to show everyone how unprofessional this McDonalds is. They always get an order wrong and they don't care.

This McDonald's is the worst one. Every time I go there my order is messed up. Last time I called to complain the teenage manager got on the phone and told me I was lying and she saw her worker complete the order correctly then hung up on me. I no longer go to this one.

Stupidest mcds ever every time I go they get my order wrong like they don't know the menu or someshit, after the third time of going there and them getting my order wrong I will not be going there. I would recommend the one on 69th n Pulaski! Smarter people lmao
